Building Reports

Welcome to the RALLY! Education® Teacher Dashboard. The boxes at the bottom of the page lead to various features:

Classroom Reports
Open-Ended Question Review
Teacher Tools
Student Notes
Student Tests (where you can access the student’s test experience).

You can also navigate through the pages via the navigation bar.

To score open-ended questions, click on the Open-Ended Question Review button. The page will display student answers, including a textbox for assigning points to each answer.

Reviewing & Grading Open-Ended Questions

Visit the Teacher Dashboard.
Click on Open-Ended Question Review to view answers ready for scoring.
For sample responses, download the Teacher Guide from the Teacher Tool popup in the dashboard.

Scoring Answers:

Grade answers using the provided scoring rubric.
Score via the textbox. The maximum possible point score for each question will be shown.
After scoring, click on the Approved button to confirm.

Managing Submissions:

Filter submissions by Rehearsal®, Test, Session, and Status (graded/ungraded).
Use Search to filter by specific data.
Sort or reorder columns as needed.
Show/hide or resize columns by dragging.

Accessing Reports:

Go to the Teacher Dashboard and click on Classroom Reports.
Choose the Classroom Level, Rehearsal® (Grade 3 ELA).
Under Sessions, select the session (e.g. Instruction Test 1 Session 1).

Downloading Reports:

You can save the report as an Excel file.

Reviewing Student Details:

Click on Details button next to a student’s name to view their questions and answers.

Accessing Student Notes:

Go to the Teacher Dashboard and click on Student Notes.
Click on the student note you want to review.

Downloading Student Notes:

Select the student note(s) you would want to download.
Select Download Selected in the drop-down menu.
Click on the Apply button to download.

Deleting Student Notes:

Select the student note(s) you would want to delete.
Select Delete in the drop-down menu.
Click on the Apply button to delete.
